Thank you for choosing us. We are a local one -unit concept that is family owned and operated. Nine members of our immediate family work full or part time at Noodles. We love Northwest Arkansas and want to make sure that we contribute in a positive way to the uniquely wonderful place that it is. We opened our doors on January 8, 1999 and are fast approaching our 10 year anniversary. From the day that we opened until now we have never wavered in our commitment to fresh Italian food served in a warm friendly atmosphere. We still make our own sauces fresh each day and bake our signature recipes of lasagna, manicotti and meat balls every morning. Alfredo sauce is our own recipe made from heavy cream and it is not cooked until you order it. We import the same Roma tomatoes from the San Marzen Valley in Italy for use in our red sauces . The changes that we have made we hope have been for the better. Like the change to our new building in 2005 or the addition of new products like our Low Carb and Natural and Organic menu items. As each day comes and goes we promise to work hard to keep what is right and fix what is not and we want you to never forget that we appreciate you, the customer, our livelihood.
